I get a lot of requests for phone calls, quotes and consultations from visitors to this website seeking testosterone replacement therapy. This article is to inform you that I do not offer such services, but offer you some recommendations.
Introduction
Many of the visitors to this website come seeking help for low testosterone and other hormone-related issues.
Many of you are under the impression that I offer such services.
Unfortunately, I do not.
I am simply a blogger sharing my thoughts, opinions and experiences with TRT and the TRT community and industry.
This has lead to a lot of traffic from Google and other websites, and is probably how you found me.
While I don’t offer such services, I am constantly looking for and diligently evaluating such services. This is so that I can recommend them to people such as yourselves seeking quality help.
While I have started a directory listing for TRT clinics on this website for such services, it has been a tough battle to find quality clinics, doctors and practices to list here.
The list is still very sparse at the moment, unfortunately.
So, what are your options?
Rather than have you search through the whole directory, I will list below the services that I am aware of and that I recommend. This list is regularly updated.
Please note that I do not have many recommendations for the US or other countries outside of the UK and EU. This is due to me dealing primarily with the UK and EU on the matter. However, I am at work on expanding these listings as diligently as I can.
Finally, I have one special request if you get treated by any of the services listed below: Please let me know how your experience goes. I do my best to quality check the information I put out, and I only want the best for my community. So please share your experience, good or bad, as it will help me to keep the standard for this website the best it can be.
Thank You and all the best on your journey!
Paolo

Have you noticed a decrease on the testosterone ranges? Docs are using excuses, i had 230, 280ng and now they changed to nmol, usually it was 240 to 960, now its 6nmol to 27.1, whish 6 equals to 175ng.. Due to that, im afraid im not below the range on this last test, 7nmol/L.
To sum up, they say its normal for a 29y old male.
Absolutely. The normal range is getting lower and lower every year. And doctors (most of which just follow guidelines and don’t really think for themselves), simply treat based on these guidelines. So as you (and many others) are aware of, you have low testosterone but are unable to get treatment.
They will say that you are “normal”, when clearly you are low and experiencing symptoms. 7nmol/l is still very low, even by today’s standards, and especially for a 29 year old.
Your only option in a case like this, is to keep trying to find an experienced doctor who understand this subject properly, or go private. Otherwise, you’ll just be beating your head against a wall trying to reason with these textbook doctors.
Hi been on TRT /nebeido and its been good .My problem is that i feel good when i inject 8-9 weeks max . I am doing it 11-12 weeks as my trt reading even that time are 620 ish but the low feeling comes in. I am not injecting earlier being scared of my levels going too high in the peak. I have started donating 500 ml of blood every time my hemocrit levels go high. If i inject ear;ier like 9 weeks you think its ok . Should i be on some medicine for controling side effects of test ? I think my readings go uo 1350 ish on peaks and when it hits like 675 i feel low.
Just listen to your body. If 8-9 weeks is your sweet spot where you feel normal, stick with it. Every 8-9 weeks is fine and actually quite common on Nebido. The chances of you getting too high T levels and experiencing any side effects with Nebido are very low, so there’s no need to worry or touch any other medications.
